02 Jan The Most Unique Renovations of 2023
Thanks to you, 2023 was one for the books! We feel so blessed to continually be trusted with your antiques and refinishing projects. As we reflect on the year, we want to highlight some of our most unique projects we completed. Follow along to learn more about these projects!
- Antique trunk: Trunks, though once often used, are not as commonly seen in households. They are versatile pieces of furniture, and can be used for storing blankets, as a unique coffee table, or simply a beautiful decoration. This year, we restored a handful of these wonders so they can continue to be used or displayed in households.
- Display carousel horse: We can tackle your unique projects, and this one was just that! This carousel horse came to us with the back legs and peg broken off. Through careful reconstruction, we were able to successfully piece it back together. Though we have seen a lot, this was the first carousel horse we have worked on in our 30 years of experience. We loved the unique properties of this piece!
- Thomas clock: Clocks are often antiques that families inherit from each other. THe year 2023 provided no shortage of clock restoration projects! We love admiring each piece for what it is and bringing it to its full potential. Whether it’s a small clock hung on your wall, or a grandfather clock that stands in your foyer, we are here to help turn back the hands and make it young again.
- Antique phone: Operator, I need refinishing completed! This antique phone was given the facelift it truly deserved. Though it may no longer be of service, it can still be admired for the beauty and uniqueness it offers. We helped bring it back to its former glory so it can continue to shine on display for all to see.
